Cable drum

When it uses the cable drum to make the power supply , it should prevent the wear-up in the cable running process . For the cable wire whose outer diameter is not less than 21.5mm , the diameter of the bottom drum should not less than the 12.5times of the cable outer diameter .

The cable drum should automatically collect the cable wires . The driving torque of the cable drum should not less than the maximum torque when it collecting the cable needed .

In the cable laying process , the traction working on the cable conductor should as small as possible . For the cable without the reinforced core , the maximum traction working on the cross-section of the copper wire should be 15N/m㎡. For the cable required the high twining speed or the self-weight of the cable is higher , it should use the cable with the reinforced cable .

The collecting ring of the cable drum should meet the according requirements of the voltage class and the power capacity . Every collecting ring should have a pair of electric brush at least . The protection class of the electrical brush should also meet the environment requirements . For the outside usage , the protection class should not less than IP54.
