CHS Single Girder Overhead Crane

Span: 7.5m~35m ( span ≥ 25.5m, CHD double girder series is recommended. )

Clescrane CHS series single girder overhead cranes feature maximum rigidity for a minimum deadweight. This keeps the load on the crane runway to a minimum – and a cost-effective design can be selected for the building. This approach provides you with a cost-effective solution.

CHD Double Girder Overhead Crane

Max. Load: 100 ton
Span: 7.5m~35.5m
Working Class: A5,A6 ( ≥32t lifting mechanism with inverter control )
Clescrane CHD series double girder overhead cranes offer exceptional load capacity for a low deadweight. Powerful and agile, with a capacity of up to 100 tons, it is particularly good for general manufacturing, workshops, and assembly lines. The load hook can be raised between the two crane girders, which allows large lifting heights to be achieved.

CHU Suspension Crane

Max. Load: 10 ton
(Including single girder CHUS and double girder CHUD suspension cranes)
Span: 3m~16m(longer span can be designed and manufactured)

Clescrane suspension cranes leave your entire workshop area available for production. The cranes are simply attached to the existing roof structure – columns to support the crane runway are not needed. This design saves time and costs. Alternatively, the installation of stand-alone steel superstructures also enables the solution to be adapted to changed production requirements.

CWD Overhead Crane with Open Winch

CWD crane can lift goods of 5 tons to more than 320 tons according to different configurations. EX-CHS explosion-proof overhead crane is designed for hazardous areas zone 1 and zone 2 of European standard ATEX 2014/34/UE. Crane and components comply with EN ISO 80079 and EN 60079. EX-CHS lifting capacity ranges from 1000 Kg to 20000Kg.
