In November 2024, CLESCRANE reached a cooperation with Saudi Aramco, a global energy giant, to provide two overhead cranes (CHD5t-11.893m H=7.088m) and supporting rail beams and track systems for its GIS workshop. These equipment will be used for the assembly and maintenance of GIS equipment. In this project, all product designs strictly follow the CMAA standard, and the electric hoist part fully complies with the NEMA standard to ensure the reliability and excellent performance of the equipment in a high-precision environment.

Safety monitoring unit (GBCRANES):
Real-time monitoring of crane operating parameters, reducing mechanical shock through soft start/soft stop, and extending equipment life.
Overload protection function automatically shuts down to avoid overload risks; intelligent calculation of the remaining safe working cycle to improve safety management level.
High-reliability electrical system:
The large and small car electric boxes use Rittal chassis, and the core electrical components use Schneider brand to ensure long-term stable operation.
The cross limit device (Schneider) accurately controls the travel range, prevents collision and derailment, and reduces the risk of downtime.
Multiple safety protection:
The door limit switch (Schmersal, Germany) monitors the position in real time, triggers automatic shutdown, and protects the safety of personnel and equipment.
The hot-dip galvanizing process enhances the anti-corrosion ability and adapts to complex industrial environments.
