How to Operate 900t Gantry Crane Safely and Correctly?

900t gantry crane is the extra-heavy hoist machinery. Therefore we should operate it safely and correctly in order to make sure the workers' safety.
1. Safety requirements
1.1 Checking the ropes and pulleys to make sure they are in good condition. Especially checking if they are crackable, leveled, broken strand or some places without oil or not.
1.2 Any safety device is prohibited to falsify, disable or use wrongly
1.3 Before starting to work, operator must make sure he obeys the safe standards and the gantry crane under the condition of working accurately.
1.4 All of work of the gantry crane must start in the construction site with enclosure before make the specific requirements
1.5 All of cooling devices shouldn’t be closed all the time, for example, fan
1.6 the operator must check the arrester and emergency limit switch before working , and make a record..
1.7 The whole working time, the operator must obey all the preventive measures and warnings. Any negligence (including precautions and warnings) can lead to serious accidents.
2. General rules
2.1 The operator must have passed the examination and get the certificate. The operator without a license is strictly prohibited.
2.2the operator must get the medical certificate and technical training of operating of gantry crane, in order to make sure he is familiar with the operation and all of safety notices.
2.3 The operator must obey all of the safety notices during the working time. The operator should send the safety warning signs and pay attention to answer signs of other colleagues.
