In June 2023, based on the trust in the Clescrane brand, Grain Bulk Handlers Ltd (GBHL) repurchased a 3-ton wire rope electric hoist (CH-R3t H=30m M5) directly from Clescrane for lifting the motor.
GBHL is a privately owned Kenyan company that started operations in 2000. It owns and operates a dry bulk unloading and handling terminal dedicated to imported grain, located in Shimanzi. GBHL is committed to providing efficient and cost-effective handling solutions for grain movement in East and Central Africa, including the Great Lakes region, Southern Sudan and Somalia. GBHL employs 175 permanent technicians and 750 contract workers per day.
In 2017, GBHL purchased a Clescrane's single-girder overhead crane (CHS5t-14.5m H=6m), and in 2020, GBHL repurchased a 3-ton electric wire rope hoist (CH-R3t-40m M5) from Clescrane. Over the years, these overhead cranes and electric hoists are still working very well.
