Overview
The automatic rolling mill crane is used in the cold rollering workshop of the steel mill, this crane can solve the automatic upper and lower grinding machine of the roller, remote control room operation or work automatically according to the schedule, which greatly reducing the manpower and reduces the impact of the upper and lowering grinding rollers on the grinder, improve the life of the grinder.
Feature
1. The maximum lifting capacity (without spreader) is 10t, positioning accuracy≤2mm(horizontal,vertical,up and down) , operating mode is manual/semi-automatic/automatic
2. It can meet the overall requirements of high quality, high output, high efficiency and low energy consumption
3. The structure of the spreader can be embracing or clamping
4. Reducing the impact of the roller on the grinder during the loading and unloading, improve the grinding accuracy of the roller, and reduce the failure rate of the grinder.
5. The crane motor adopts the decentralized drive form, which is driven by 2/4, one on top and one down, which are driven synchronously by their respective servo motors to push the crane back and forth(direction). In order to ensure the running accuracy of the crane, both ends of the crane installed a laser rangefinder at the front end of the beam to constantly detect the running distance and position of the crane, and at the same time compare and proofread the data at both ends.
6. In order to ensure operation accuracy and adjustment & maintenance, an eccentric shaft type horizontal guide wheel set is installed on the side of the running wheel on the ground, to prevent the position error caused by the lateral movement of the crane, it can also be easily adjusted.
7. In order to guarantee the operation accuracy, an eccentric shaft type horizontal guide type wheel set is installed at the front end of the unilateral wheel of the trollerey, to prevent the position error caused by the lateral movement of the crane , and it can also be easily adjusted.
