For large-scale photovoltaic projects, the installation and subsequent maintenance of GIS equipment require high stability and operational precision from cranes. The equipment must not only be capable of lifting the loads, but also operate stably and reliably, so that on-site construction progress is not affected by problems with the lifting equipment.
At the end of 2025, CLESCRANE once again received an order from the same Saudi customer to participate in the Solar PV IPP photovoltaic project of a Saudi renewable energy company. The two parties had successfully cooperated before, and after this project was launched, the customer chose CLESCRANE again.
In response to the installation, assembly, and maintenance requirements of GIS equipment, CLESCRANE provided the customer with 2 sets of overhead cranes (CHD 5t-14.35m-7.57m Class D), together with fixed ladders, conductor rail power supply, and a complete rail system, based on the actual site conditions, meeting the requirements for the lifting, installation, and subsequent maintenance of GIS equipment on site.
During the design and manufacturing of the equipment, CLESCRANE strictly followed CMAA standards, and the electric hoists complied with NEMA standards. Comprehensive control was carried out from the crane structure and traveling mechanisms to the electrical control system to ensure that the equipment could operate stably for a long time.
For the customer, when choosing the same supplier again, the most important thing is that their previous cooperation gave them confidence in using the equipment.
This renewed cooperation is not only a continuation of a project, but also another recognition from the customer of CLESCRANE’s product quality, technical support, and project delivery capabilities. In the future, CLESCRANE will continue to provide reliable crane solutions for new energy and power projects in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
