INTRODUCTION

Overview
In November 2022, a Vietnamese customer, through a CLESCRANE partner, purchased a 7.5-ton monorail hoist equipped with a stainless steel hook and power supply system, designed to lift lead blocks and immerse them in an 8-meter-deep pure water tank for 1–2 days at a time, with an annual usage frequency of twice. The customer’s site already had supporting beams and a custom trolley to fit the existing setup.

CLESCRANE hoists and cranes undergo strict power-on testing before leaving the factory, ensuring plug-and-play operation without on-site commissioning. This significantly shortens installation time, enables fast delivery, and greatly improves project efficiency. The high-reliability product quality reduces after-sales maintenance, while the stainless steel hook is corrosion-resistant and suitable for long-term underwater operation, ensuring safe and stable performance.
