CLESCRANE has once again secured a repeat order for a open winch from a copper mining company in Kazakhstan.

Since 2017, the client has been using A8/Class F overhead cranes supplied by CLESCRANE, operating under high-load and continuous-duty conditions in demanding mining environments. Facing challenges such as intensive utilization, long-term structural stress, and limited maintenance windows, the equipment has maintained stable performance over nearly ten years, ensuring uninterrupted production.

Regarding the equipment performance, the customer commented:

The scope of supply includes one open winch (CW10/2.5t-19.5m A8/Class F main & auxiliary hook), a matching trolley electrical control system, and an industrial joystick wireless remote control. The new winch trolley will be integrated with the customer's existing crane structure, ensuring compatibility while further improving operational efficiency and reducing future maintenance requirements, supporting long-term stable production.
