Cleanroom Crane Structure Composition：
Hoisting Mechanism
CRH series electric hoist dedicated for clean room is chosen to be the lifting mechanism, which is composed of lifting hook, lifting rope, moving wheels, three-in-one structure and trolley power supply system.
1. Lifting hook
The material of hook is stainless steel, according to DIN15401 standard, which could decrease particles caused by the friction between hook and sling or rope.
2. Lifting rope
The rope is made of high strength imported fiber, which is of high strength, light weight, low extensibility, good wear and fatigue resistance and great flexibility. The rope surface is covered by imported conducting resin, which could derive the surface’s static without absorbing dust, hair, etc. There won’t be dust while lifting and pulling loads by using high strength fiber ropes.
3. Moving wheel
The wheel is made of stainless steel with strict thermal treatment, which could decrease the particles caused by the friction between wheel and rail at the greatest extent.
4. Three-in-one structure
It adopts sealing structure and totally closed design on electromagnetic disc brake, which could effectively prevent dust caused by brake disc from escaping.
5. Trolley power supply system
The power supply cable is set in the drag chain specially for the clean room, which has features of safety, low noise, wear-resistance and no dust generation or absorption.

End beam
The wheel groups of end beam are made of stainless steel. Full sealing and maintenance-free structure design is adopted for the bearings of the wheel groups and relative movement parts. The three-in-one structure geared motor for traveling adopts closed structure without fan cooling to guarantee no absorption of dust and hair during using process.

Surface protection
The paint is corrosion-proof and wear-resistance polyurethane finish, which is of heat-proof paint film, tough paint film, fine gloss and won’t become soft or sticky. It also has great chemical resistance and water tolerance.
